• Contact form data: name, work email, company, industry, team size, revenue range, budget, timeline, decision role, current tools, and the free-text bottleneck and message fields you submit.
• Chatbot conversations: messages you send to our on-site AI assistant, processed via the Anthropic API.
• Technical data: IP address, referrer, user agent, and basic request metadata, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare for our strategy call with you.
• To generate an internal AI briefing that helps our team tailor its recommendations to your business.
• To send you follow-up communications relating to your enquiry.
• To operate and secure our site (rate-limiting, spam prevention).

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you initiate) and, where applicable, your consent.

We share data with the following processors, strictly for the purposes above:

• Supabase — lead storage (EU region).

We never sell your personal data.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
