By accessing our site, submitting the contact form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

ClackLabsAI provides AI consulting, chatbot development, workflow automation, LLM integration and related engineering services. The scope of any engagement will be agreed separately in writing (a statement of work or engagement letter). Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

Where explicitly offered in a signed engagement, if the deployed solution has not paid for itself through measurable outcomes within 90 days of go-live, we will continue work at no additional charge until it does. Terms and metrics are set per engagement.

All content on this website (copy, design, logos, code, imagery) is owned by Majestic Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

For paid engagements, IP ownership of custom deliverables is set out in the statement of work.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer our services.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content via the contact form or chatbot.
• Do not use our AI assistant to generate content that violates applicable law or Anthropic's usage policies.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website (as opposed to a paid engagement, which is governed by its own contract) is limited to £100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
